I put into motion a design I made for our annual Swine Fest event. T-shirts were made, kegs were tapped, and a pig was smoked and seasoned Carolina style. It was a great 10 year run. Hopefully, we will carry the torch and continue the tradition in our own fashion. Mad props and appreciation to Randy and Jay for their generosity and teaching us "pig-miesters" how its done.
